Cancellation &
Rescheduling

You must give a 48 hour notice to cancel appointment in order for your deposit to be transferred to reschedule.

Last minute cancellations/reschedule will result in a new deposit to reschedule

Late Arrival Fees

I will give a 10 minute grace period. Anything after 10 minutes will result in a $15 fee. 

After 20 minutes will result in cancellation. A new deposit to reschedule must be made.

Deposits & Refunds

A $15 non-refundable deposit must be sent in order to secure appointment through Zelle or Apple Pay. 

Remaining balance must be exact cash or Zelle only.

After Hours

You may request an appointment outside of business hours. Booking an appointment outside of regular business hours will result in a $15 after hours fee. Weekends included in after hours fee. After hours fee must be sent along with deposit upon booking.
